De asemenea, datorita antioxidantilor prezenti in ea, are rol in scaderea nivelului radicalilor liberi (cauzatori de numeroase boli) iar datorita vitaminelor si mineralelor pe care le contine este o\u00a0 sursa de energie, stimuland in acelasi timp si imunitatea.<\/p>\n<p>Dar oare painea pe care o cumparam din magazine, ne aduce toate beneficiile enumerate mai sus?<\/p>\n<p>Se pare ca acea paine neagra pe care o alegem in speranta ca vom fi mai sanatosi consumand-o, e de fapt facuta din faina alba colorata cu malt.<\/p>\n<p>Exper\u0163ii din industria de panifica\u0163ie afirm\u0103 c\u0103 70% din p\u00e2inea neagr\u0103 din Rom\u00e2nia este contraf\u0103cut\u0103.
